How quickly can you get here?
For a blocked drain or an overflowing sewer we treat it as urgent and aim to be there the same day. Phone us rather than sending a form — we'll tell you honestly what time we can be there instead of stringing you along.
What does it cost to unblock a drain?
It depends on where the blockage sits and what caused it. A basin or kitchen sink is a straightforward job; a main sewer line with root damage is not. We quote you on site before we start, and we don't start until you've said yes to the price.
Do you work on industrial and commercial sites?
Yes. Restaurants, factories, complexes, schools and body corporates. We handle grease traps, stormwater systems and main sewer lines, and we can work after hours so we're not shutting your operation down mid-service.
What actually happens during a drain camera inspection?
We feed a waterproof camera on a flexible rod down the line from an inspection eye or manhole and watch the footage on a screen. You see what we see. We record the fault, note the depth and distance from the access point, and give you the footage with a short written report.
My water bill has jumped but I can't see a leak. Can you help?
Yes — that's usually an underground or slab leak. We isolate the sections of your system, check the meter for movement with everything closed, and trace the leak so only the affected section gets opened up.
Do you replace geysers, or only repair them?
Both. If the element or thermostat has gone, we replace that. If the cylinder has burst, we install a new geyser with the correct tray, overflow and valves — done to spec so your insurance claim isn't rejected on a technicality.
Do you give a guarantee on the work?
Yes. We stand behind what we do and we'll come back if something we cleared or installed gives trouble. Where a pipe is structurally damaged we'll tell you upfront that clearing it is a temporary fix and what the permanent repair involves.
